We supply only high quality marine plywood, paint, epoxy, fiberglass, and other materials and tools needed to build in construction of your Karankawa. In addition, we also have additional plan options available, all being Do-It-Yourself. Be sure you look at our template choices for ease of construction as well as our ready to build, CNC Kits. That’s right! We cut the parts, you put it together!
Draw the Panels
Start by drawing the shape of the panels on the plywood.
Cut the Shapes
With the outline drawn, You are ready to cut the first panels.
Stitch
Use Plastic Zip-Tie wraps to temporarily "stitch" the panels together.

Glue
Next, epoxy glue all the frames to the hull and side panels.
